On the subject of "End Oil" I am not sure as to the entire goal. End Oil to me means "go to bed when the sun goes down" unless you have a candle to burn. Even if you do have a candle... There was energy spent. My step son has told me (and he is so smart) that there is no turning back on the path of distruction to the "O zone" and all this other stuff I do not really have the expertise to talk about. I am humble. I am willing to learn. I have never participated in a chat room and do not know who will hear my voice. I'll try to learn and participate in a professional way.

I believe home ownership is the first and most important investment a person will make into their future. Home ownership and equity can make a large impact on a persons overall retirement plan. Many persons have risen and declined and risen to profit again... just on the "dream of homeownership." It is almost magical! That is my world.
